Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team gets to work right away. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). During this time, we verify your order details, prepare your item, and get it ready for shipment. Please note that processing time is separate from transit time — we'll cover the full delivery estimate below.
Where We Ship
At this time, Yigoshade ships exclusively within the contiguous United States (the 48 continental states).
We're currently unable to ship to the following locations:
- Alaska and Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
- Outlying U.S. islands and other U.S. territories
We know this is disappointing if you're located in one of these areas, and we're working on expanding our shipping coverage in the future. We appreciate your understanding in the meantime.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We keep our shipping pricing simple and straightforward:
- Orders between $0.01 and $38.99: a flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies
- Orders of $39.00 or more: free shipping within the contiguous United States
Free shipping applies only to addresses within the 48 continental states. It does not extend to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, or outlying islands, as these regions are outside our current delivery network.
Estimated Delivery Time
Orders shipped within the contiguous United States typically arrive within 5-10 business days after processing. In other words, your total estimated delivery window — from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door — includes both our 1-3 business day processing time and the 5-10 business day shipping time.
Please keep in mind that these are estimates, not guarantees. Occasionally, factors outside our control — such as customs inspections, national holidays, carrier delays, or flight disruptions — may extend delivery beyond the estimated window. We appreciate your patience if this happens, and our support team is always here to help if your order seems to be taking longer than expected.
Order Cutoff Time
To help set clear expectations, here's how our daily cutoff works:
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET are processed the next business day
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day
Where Your Order Ships From
All Yigoshade orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse, which allows us to keep transit times shorter and more predictable for our customers within the contiguous United States.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey. You can check your shipment status anytime at: https://www.17track.net/en

Double-Check Your Shipping Address
Before completing checkout, please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment/unit numbers if applicable. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to make a correction before your order ships.
